Jessica brings a thoughtful and structured approach to assessing neurodevelopmental concerns, ensuring that each individual is understood within their broader context and needs.

As an Army veteran, Kerry brings a deep and personal understanding of the challenges faced by veterans and their families.
Coming from a strong defence family—where both her husband and eldest son have also served—Kerry understands the realities of service life, transition, and the impact this can have on mental health. This lived experience allows her to connect with clients in a way that is genuine, respectful, and grounded in real understanding.
Kerry plays a key role in supporting veterans and their families to access appropriate care, including specialised services for treatment-resistant depression such as Esketamine and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). She assists individuals in navigating referrals, understanding treatment options, and feeling supported throughout their journey with our team.
After leaving the Army, Kerry studied psychology and worked across both the mental health and pharmacy sectors. She has also developed and led programs supporting veterans, helping individuals access services, coordinate care, and feel confident in taking the next steps toward recovery.
Kerry is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, valued, and understood. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and practical—focused on meeting people where they are and walking alongside them at their own pace.
She also brings her own lived experience of mental health, strengthening her ability to provide authentic empathy, insight, and non-judgemental support.
Outside of work, Kerry is a proud mum of four, a loving Nonni to four grandchildren, and enjoys time with her very spoilt British Bulldog, Rowe.
